Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between R Dream Destinations (“RDD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the traveler or purchaser (“Client,” “passenger,” “you,” or “your”). By planning or booking travel with R Dream Destinations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Role of R Dream Destinations

R Dream Destinations operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with outside suppliers and host agencies. RDD acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal suppliers, including tour operators, resorts, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transportation companies, and other independent contractors providing travel-related services (“Supplier(s)”). RDD is not the source or provider of travel services.

You acknowledge that Supplier terms and conditions govern your booking and that each Supplier operates independently from RDD.

Relationship With Suppliers

RDD facilitates travel arrangements but does not control the operations, pricing, policies, or performance of any Supplier. All services are subject to Supplier availability, terms, and rules.

Suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services you purchase, including but not limited to:

  • Accommodations

  • Transportation

  • Tours and excursions

  • Wedding packages and event services

  • Baggage handling

  • Resort amenities

RDD is not liable for Supplier actions, omissions, or changes, including schedule adjustments, price changes, maintenance issues, delays, natural disasters, or policy updates.

Client Responsibilities

By booking with R Dream Destinations, you agree to:

  • Review all confirmations for accuracy (names, dates, travel details)

  • Provide accurate personal information as shown on your government-issued ID or passport

  • Comply with passport, visa, vaccination, and travel entry requirements

  • Make timely payments according to Supplier deadlines

  • Purchase appropriate travel insurance if desired

  • Review Supplier cancellation and refund policies

Failure to comply may result in loss of funds, cancellation, or denied boarding or entry, for which RDD is not responsible.

Payments

RDD processes payments directly with Suppliers and does not collect or hold client funds.

Suppliers determine:

  • Deposit amounts

  • Payment schedules

  • Cancellation penalties

  • Change fees

  • Final payment deadlines

Your booking is not confirmed until the Supplier accepts payment and issues a confirmation. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

All cancellations, refunds, or changes are governed by Supplier policies. Suppliers may impose non-refundable deposits, change fees, cancellation penalties, or no-refund rules, including for airfare, group reservations, and wedding deposits.

RDD is not responsible for Supplier-imposed penalties or for securing refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel Documentation, Entry & Immigration Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for meeting all entry requirements for each destination, including but not limited to:

  • Passports valid at least six (6) months beyond return

  • Required visas or transit visas

  • Vaccination or health documentation

  • Immigration and customs forms

  • Airline requirements (ID, boarding rules, baggage restrictions)

R Dream Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or removal from a country by airlines, immigration authorities, or foreign governments. Clients acknowledge that possession of required travel documents or prior travel approval does not guarantee entry into any country. All immigration and entry decisions are made solely by the destination country’s authorities.

Any costs, losses, penalties, or additional expenses resulting from denied boarding, denied entry, or deportation are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, weather conditions, natural disasters, global events, political disturbances, or Supplier operational issues.

RDD is not liable for:

  • Weather or environmental conditions

  • Resort maintenance or unexpected closures

  • Wedding venue changes

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen property

  • Illness (including COVID-19)

  • Government travel advisories or restrictions

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

Travel Insurance

RDD strongly recommends purchasing travel protection to cover:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost or delayed luggage

  • Weather disruptions

  • Travel delays

  • Wedding cancellation coverage

  • Supplier default

Clients who decline travel insurance accept full financial responsibility for any losses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDD is not liable for Supplier acts, errors, accidents, or omissions; personal injury, illness, death, or property damage; or losses due to delays, strikes, bankruptcy, overbooking, force majeure, or emergency events.

RDD’s maximum liability shall not exceed the commission earned on the booking.

Wedding & Group Bookings

For destination weddings or group reservations:

  • Supplier group policies apply

  • Room blocks, deposits, perks, and pricing are determined by the Supplier

  • RDD assists with coordination but does not guarantee availability or pricing

  • Wedding packages, venues, and vendor policies are controlled by the resort

  • RDD provides planning and booking assistance only and does not execute events

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with R Dream Destinations, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

  • You agree to the Supplier’s separate terms and conditions

  • You understand RDD functions strictly as an advisory and booking service
